If Bret Hart joined the Royal Shakespeare Company and bedazzled and enthralled audiences with his enthralling recitations from 1996-2001 how much do things change in the wrestling landscape? No lost smile? Austin neutered by Shawn Michaels and HHH as there woukd have been aimlessness for Steve Austin? No WCW trying to squeeze Hart into Sting/Hogan match? Perhaps, most importantly, would Montreal be brought up mainly involving Garvin's VS. Rougeau's in 1985.
I think Austin was inevitable like Thanos, and DX would have found out that Vince loved the Austin 3:16 money more than whatever Shawn was offering.
