Screwy finishes / Five stars

Two questions : 
  1. Can a match ever be given five stars when it has a DQ / Count-out finish?
Slightly related : 
  1. What's, off-hand, a great match with a DQ / Count-out finish?  
1.  No.  It is objectively wrong to do so and I will strike down with great vengeance and furious anger anyone who tries to do so.
2.  Shawn Michaels v. Mankind at Mindgames is the gold standard.
