Joker Sting?

I never watched IMPACT in the 2010s but the recent AEW Dynamite leads me to ask. Was Joker Sting worth watching? Should we be excited for Joker Sting?

I felt like Tony was going for a Mick Foley turns into Cactus Jack moment but Joker Sting is no Cactus Jack.

I have no specific recollections of Joker Sting or much else from Impact in the Hogan era, but I'm gonna guess that no, we should not be excited.
