Hi Scott,
Why do you think Earl Hebner has been banished completely from wwe? As far as I know he hasn’t even been brought back for a small cameo or anything. Yes, the shirt thing wasn’t great, but people have been bought back for greater “transgressions”.
Maybe there was a greater transgression but the shirt business was just a convenient excuse to fire them with cause? I don't think Dave even got a mention when he died so obviously there's some kind of really bad blood there.
