All In/ All Out ppv builds

So Scott All In in London will be followed by All Out in Chicago 1 week later. So how do you see that working for the ppv builds? Do you see a bunch of rematches from one week to the next? Will they build both shows at the same time, maybe half the roster wrestles in London and the other half in Chicago? Of course it would help if they started hyping All Out which is a month away. Just wanted to get your thoughts.

We still don't know what's actually going on with All In as of yet. There was a vague report a couple of weeks ago that it was airing on BR Live, but it hasn't shown up there yet to order, or on Fite, or any traditional PPV providers, so that's another concern.

Given that they're skipping over it for stuff like Darby Allin's TNT challenge, I'm almost thinking it's going to be more of a house show card with stuff to entice watching but not anything consequential to the storylines. It's a strange way to go about it if that's the plan, but I mean they're already sold 77,000 tickets so the card is secondary to the experience I guess?
