Best Audience Participation Entrance

I'm always a mark for a good entrance that the audience can be a part of, but who has the best?

Lots of choices and factors to consider – like was the entrance the best part of their act (Enzo and Cass, the New Age Outlaws)?

Did it work as a heel and face (Kurt Angle's “YOU SUCK” chants, Jericho with Judas)?

Was it cool and then fizzle out (Fandango, and The Acclaimed could go that way)?

I'll allow multiple answers to cover multiple eras.

I'm really into the Adam Cole entrance lately, myself. But I think the New Age Outlaws might be the winner.
