Define “Casual”

I don't want to beat around the bush, there's been some questionable topics brought to the surface resulting in a cesspool of comments and borderline asinine arguments, and one of them is attempting to find a flaw in a PPV that doesn't cater to the “casual audience.”
What is casual in 2023? Am I a casual viewer if I don't watch Raw and Smackdown every week, but follow the storylines and watch the PPV's? Is a casual viewer the person who only watches from Rumble to Mania? Or only watch during the NFL off-season? This isn't an “AEW vs WWE” argument. I want to know what everyone defines as a “casual” viewer by the modern standards. WWE and AEW have their own built-in audiences. If I had to wager, AEW's casual audience makes up a far lower % of their typical average TV viewers compared to WWE's overall audience, based on TV viewership highs and lows. Does that make the 5-10% that helps fluctuate their numbers casuals, or do they have something better to do on Wednesday night? I know I missed a lot of shows this year because of the NBA (which totally doesn't cut into the viewers, just ask a few people with their finger on the pulse).
I'd also like to know if I'm the only person who will karaoke songs and start doing a Krusty the Clown impression for some of the vocals for maximum annoyance.
It’s just gatekeeping. The “you’re watching it wrong” crew who think that only wanting to dedicate FOUR HOURS per month to a WWE PPV means you just don’t understand the cinematic intricacies of the Bloodline story.
