Rewatching Hogan joining the nWo, and I have to say the criticism of Bobby calling it is completely overblown. Sure, he might have put doubt in a few fan’s minds, but overall it was Bobby playing the character that he had played for 15 years.
Obviously no one can blame him since he didn’t know. That being said, isn’t it completely ridiculous considering it’s considered one of the biggest shocks in wrestling history that people still criticize his call?

Gotta find SOMETHING to criticize I guess. I was watching with the sound down at the time anyway due to my girlfriend calling me and wanting to talk while I’m watching the biggest show of the year, so I didn’t even find out about the “controversy” until way later.
