The MCU at 15

Hi Scott, with Iron Man celebrating its 15th anniversary this month as well beginning of MCU, I wanted to get you and the blog’s thoughts on when the MCU jumped the shark.
The first Iron Man movie has aged very well imo, and we can all agree Endgame was the top of Mt. Everest, but what was the movie, tv show, or moment where it became clear that they don’t have a North Star now?
Eternals. Building lore no one cares about that goes nowhere.
