Dusty Rhodes & the Figure Four

When Cody put Roman in the figure four at Mania, the always astute Corey Graves said Dusty Rhodes had won numerous championships with that same hold. Can you name one?
Sadly I am not the Dusty scholar that Graves apparently is, and I can't think of anything off-hand. Maybe he was confusing Dusty with the other fellow, Ric Flair?
