Cody Heyman

Have you seen the full promo yet of Cody and Heyman? I know we aren't really allowed to celebrate WWE much around here, and this is thrown around alot, but that has to take the top spot of promo of the decade at least? There have been plenty of other good ones over the years, including some from Cena,Bryan, MJF and Punk, but what they did last night should be studied for years to come. It had everything you could ask for and more. And what I have seen said the most afterwards, which might be the biggest accomplishment, is that any issues fans had with it being Cody instead of Sami main eventing was erased last night. I was worried fans would revolt, especially if Sami gets screwed in Montréal, but I have zero concerns after last night.
The son of Dusty vs the son Dusty wishes he had. Cody, who wishes his dad trained and prepared him to be a star, vs Roman, the man who Dusty did train, that's gone on to become one of the biggest stars of all time, is cinema! If that's not a Mania main event I don't know what is. And after last night, we don't even need to see Roman vs Cody face off for weeks, but when we do, oh boy.
It's incredible that we have one of the greatest WWE storylines ever going on right now with the bloodline, but they managed to create another one with one promo that doesn't take away from the Sami story at all, just waiting in the wings. Anyone saying WWE isn't telling the best stories right now is lying to themselves, they are on an unbelievable roll.
Things can just be good without being “best of the decade” my man.
