Hello,

One of the rumored surprise entrants in this year's Royal Rumble is Jay White, and some people are making the comparison to when AJ Styles made his debut. Your personal dislike/running gag about Jay White aside, do you realistically see him getting anywhere near the reaction that AJ got?

I would think AJ getting the love he did early on was less about his New Japan work and more his decade with the (then) closest WWE competitor in TNA. Jay White, on the other hand, doesn't have a ton of US exposure, so I'm not sure how much the WWE casual fan would know him…

Real talk: No chance they’d push Jay on the main roster right away. He’d be in the JD McDonaugh spot in NXT and probably get a new name as well.

Which is good because then I’d never have to watch him or hear his stupid name and catchphrase ever again.
