AEW: Fight Forever, CM Never(?)

I guess this question is sparked by the rumour that AEW: Fight Forever will be day one on Game Pass. But I'm curious, how long do you think the game will be delayed considering they will (most likely) have to remove the dude who's front and center on the cover (and still is on digital storefronts as of this writing)?
Why would they have to remove him? He’s still under contract and would probably shift some units. Might as well make SOME money off him.
Also I’m super pumped that I can get this thing on day one.
