Punk to Impact

CM Punk should go to Impact. I know sounds stupid and crazy, but hear me out. The word is if he's exiled from AEW only WWE could afford him, but I think he should try Impact for the following reasons. He sees himself as an old school tough guy like Harley Race or Terry Funk, a grizzled territory veteran. Those guys could go in and pop a territory, and wouldn't get guaranteed money, but just a piece of the gate. I do think his star power could mean something so his deal should be structured that he gets a bigger piece of merch sales and bonuses if ratings and buy rates (or subscriptions, I don't really know how Impact does things,) go up substantially. Impact already has a show on a cable network and PPV, so all the things needed to present him are there, If he wants to prove he's an old school legend who means something at the box office, he should give it a try.
I literally have no idea what their business model is or if there even is a business model. But I’m sure Punk could manage to burn that bridge too somehow and I’m here for it.
