No Elite Wrestling?

Apologies if this has been asked/answered already, but all this CM Punk/Elite drama got me thinking – if the Bucks, Omega, whoever go to WWE, will they be able to call themselves “the Elite” or has Tony trademarked it since it's right there in the company's name?
They were already the Elite before AEW was a thing so they could be that in WWE. However they wouldn’t want WWE to own that so I’m 99 percent sure they wouldn’t use it.
