NXT 2.0 = Ratings Monster?

This past tuesdays Heatwave special charted better then any episode of NXT on USA since the premiere in 2019. My question is how in the hell is this current incarnation being watched more then when they actually had a great product? Is Bron bringing in the numbers? The new ladies? I don't get it.
