The G1 Climax 32 Night 17 Thread

Night 17 of the G1 Climax 32 comes tonight from the White Ring in Nagano. Here is an update on Night 16 from the New Japan website. The New Japan preview is available here. The full card can be found here. Four block matches tonight, all but one with implications going into the final show with block action on Tuesday:

C Block: Hiroshi Tanahashi (3-2-0, 6pts) v KENTA (2-3-0, 4pts) – KENTA is mathematically eliminated. If Tanahashi wins, then Naito is eliminated, but won’t win Tanahashi the block outright.

A Block: “Filthy” Tom Lawlor (2-3-0, 4pts) v Jeff Cobb (3-2-0, 4pts) – Cobb needs a win to stay alive.

B Block: Taichi (2-3-0, 4pts) v Great-O-Khan (1-4-0, 2pts) – Both men are mathematically eliminated.

D Block: YOSHI-HASHI (2-3-0, 4pts) v David Finlay (3-2-0, 6pts) – If Finlay wins, he wins the block. YOSHI-HASHI needs to win to stay alive.
