Was there any big reason why this guy started getting pushed in 1995? He was always used as an enhancement talent but then seemingly out of nowhere he beats Skip and starts winning matches. I mean the self-pat on the back was a pretty great taunt and his mullet was certainly a choice but the guy was basically the definition of a pencil-necked geek.
