Two Dimes and No Sense

I know this might be a surprise to focus an email on a random NXT geek getting time on Dynamite, but in what world is it a good decision to put someone on TV, regardless of winning and losing, immediately after their contract was terminated due to drug-related activity? Did the AEW audience need that “last I heard, you were sleeping with the fishes” line so bad?

Bonus Question: Create a new gimmick match for Chris Jericho to lose the blow-off match to Eddie Kingston without doing a real job (see: the mimosa pool nonsense with Orange Cassidy).

I didn't even know who the guy was, which puts it into the “I SAID GO GET YOUR SQUEEGEE, SID!” category of stuff that's too inside for the audience. Putting some geek on TV and expecting people to know him because he was on the competition's C-show as a character for a month is not a winning move.

As for the blowoff match, they obviously need to resurrect the MONSTER TRUCK CHALLENGE from Halloween Havoc. It's got everything: A big spectacle that Tony can spend money on, an opportunity for Jericho to mug for the camera, and big trucks that Discovery can plaster with their branding. THEY'LL MAKE MILLIONS.
