Jeff Hardy Arrest Video

I don't know if you've seen the Jeff Hardy arrest video (it's tough to watch) but in it he tells the police that he has an upcoming doctor's appointment for some head injury/issues he's been having and mentions something about a brain scan.
Shouldn't he not have been booked in a ladder match two weeks after reportedly suffering a concussion?
It’s a real bad look for AEW and getting badder the more we learn.
