Perfect Timing?

Is it just me or is Punk being injured perfect timing? He had to beat Hangman but unless there was something coming from left field, we were due for a summer of him giving good to great promos, 4 star matches but no actual stories. And I love Punk, so that actually sounds A OK. But wrestling has always been best when the main title has a great arc. This gives AEW a chance to write something new and then have the inevitable Champ v. CHAMP in a compelling manner that doesn't feel shoe horned simply because there just so happens to be both a Galactic and Ethereal title that needs unified.

There is that, I suppose. Someone on Twitter was saying the real money would be filming Tanahashi trying to explain the rules to Hiroki Goto while his eyes glaze over and then airing that on BTE. As long as it leads to Tana and Mox having a ***** match on Forbidden Door, it's all good.
