Hey Scott, hope you are safe and well. Do you think Vince is using Cody as a test case in terms of keeping his character essentially the same from AEW to work in WWE? I feel like Vince released all of his talent, so other promotions could sign them and find an identity. Rather than talent flounder on Vince's dime, let them do it somewhere else and when the time comes, scoop them back up. Probably a stupid theory
Also, how in the world did Ricky Steamboat and Mr. Perfect never have a match?
It’s way too soon to make any judgments on Cody yet.
And I don’t think Steamboat and Hennig ever crossed over sometime that would have been viable for a match.
