1987 Drug Suspensions

I was reading an Observer from July 1987, and Meltzer mentions several wrestlers getting suspension over failed drug testing. Looking at house shows around that time, you see guys like Jake Roberts, Corporal Kirchner and B. Brian Blair getting replaced. Did we ever find out who exactly got caught, besides the obvious (Roberts, of course)? Was this the testing that got The Rockers fired before they even debuted?
I don’t know about the Rockers specifically but a lot of guys got derailed because Vince suddenly believed in drug testing for a week. Duggan had his whole push stalled around that time too from the infamous Sheik incident.
