Name that jobber!

I have another brain teaser for y’all. Can anyone help ID the jobber in this match from the March 5 89 episode of Challenge? He’s in the red and purple tights and teaming with Mario Mancini against Rhythm and Blues. Tapings were in Hershey PA so he’s probably a regular from the Northeast
