Wrestlemania 38 Night One Open Thread of Doom

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This is the Wrestlemania 38 Night One thread. we’re just going to keep it to one threat tonight and see if it works out.

The card is as follows (order subject to change):

Kickoff show on USA Network at 6 p.m.

SmackDown Women’s Championship: Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Ronda Rousey
Raw Women’s Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Bianca Belair
SmackDown Tag Team Championship: The Usos (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs
The KO Show with Stone Cold Steve Austin
Seth Rollins vs. McMahon’s Man
Drew McIntyre vs. Happy Corbin
Rey & Dominik Mysterio vs. The Miz & Logan Paul
The New Day vs. Sheamus & Ridge Holland

Stand & Deliver has come and gone. I didn’t watch much of it, I think I will binge it tomorrow before night two. Surely Scott or Tommy will have reviews of these things eventually, maybe.

Only thing I have seen is the Hall of Fame, which was GREAT. Undertaker’s TED Talk was pretty good and he’s absolutely got a future doing some keynote speaking for the things he’s interested in like national law enforcement organizations and the NRA…whatever. Do your thing Mark McCool. The Shad Gaspard video was so beautiful and…yeah I cried. You probably did too! The Steiners were fun. Sharmell is so beautiful and her speech was so gracious she made me think she did deserve a Hall honor. Plus, let’s be honest….Booker outkicked his coverage like very few men have. And Vince McMahon proved he’s still a hell of a character and does live crowd interaction as well as anyone.
