Hi Scott, I was in a chat on the blog yesterday and someone said one of the greatest wrestling mysteries is why 94 Hogan suddenly forgot everything that made 80s hogan the star he was. My answer was that I thought it was insecurity. I thought Vince wanting to move on from him hurt him deeply so he spent the next 2 years burning WCW to the ground to prove otherwise. Also I think it was the rise of the modern fan not wanting to see that type of cartoon shit anymore and Hogan simply could not, or would not adjust until Hall and Nash arrived. What are your thoughts?

I agree. He thought he was right and that Vince’s assessment of him of past his prime was wrong. Hulk is a deeply insecure person, as we since learned over and over.
