First Major Title Runs

Seeing a lot of chatter that Big E was a jobbers as champ. Dude lost some, won some. Not defending it as much as they seems to have been a weird norm for decades. Angle's first run was full of looking like a loser mixed in with barely winning. The infamous
Mysterio title reign. Bryan being scared of Kane. AJ and the whole whatever that fucking dudes name was in the Moxley/Ambrose feud.

Seems like, with a few exceptions, it is not until a second run at the top until the title run feels less messy. Or not. Fuck do I know.
Hulk had a pretty good first run. So did Cena. And Shawn. Almost like they wanted to protect and push those guys.
