According to an interview on Youtube, Russo said his 1999 plan for WCW was for all the legends to go away, and then come back and be all aligned together, which is why Hogan laid down, and Flair was buried in the desert, but they all got upset and plans changed.
Do you buy this and if Russo had been allowed to do what he had planned without political interference, would that have worked?
