Did anyone advocate for Luger at Summerslam

Luger had some of the worst booking at Summerslam, winning by countout at Summerslam 93, looking like a geek in the Tatanka match at 94, and then getting run over by Diesel for trying to help at Summerslam 95. Did anyone on the WWF booking committe stand up
for Luger and try to change the horrible positions they put him in, or did they just say “Yes Sir, Mr. Mcmahon and go on their way.

There was no “booking committee”, that was a WCW thing. You had Vince getting input from Pat Patterson and Brother Bruce most of the time but there was only one decision maker.
