Rampage Expectations

What are the expectations for AEW Rampage? An equivalent of WCW Saturday Night or Sunday Night Heat? A full 2nd show ala Smackdown?
They’re consistently saying it’s the latter. I’ll of course give them the benefit of the doubt as long as the money clears.
