All Out (Of Fans)

Have we come to terms with the fact that there most likely won't be any fans in attendance for All Out and that's why they're holding off on the Hangman main event title win?
The writing is clearly on the wall that we're heading towards another lockdown. Is this now the new normal of shutting everything down every time a new virus pops up somewhere in the world?
Maybe more people should have gotten vaccinated instead of propagating ridiculous conspiracy bullshit then.
