Can AEW thank Raw?

With a 1.15 average, AEW drew their 3rd best rating in company history. How much of that is a lineup that wasn't all that impressive on paper, and how much can we credit Raw for being a total dumpster fire after John Cena came out to collect his 2 sacks of cash?
Bit of a stretch there.
