Best of WWE Raw and Smackdown

This one is a Q for everyone in the discussions. One of my favorite annual sets WWE released was the Best of Raw and Smackdown. I think they may have released it from 2010-2018, I may be mistaken. Anyway, as someone who has a hard time remembering stuff, it's nice to see what WWE would consider memorable matches and moments for the year (and you'll notice the October-December content is usually minimal). Unfortunately, no sets exist for 2019 or 2020. To everyone out there, if you were putting together such sets, what would you include for those years? I'm not asking for 5-star matches (or at least not exclusively), but memorable matches, moments, debuts. The stuff you'd typically find on the usual sets. I'm sure a 2020 set would be more challenging for the obvious reasons. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Wouldn't it just be three discs of Roman Reigns segments?
