Ricky Steamboat I-C title run.

I was wondering? if Ricky didn't take time off due to his son being born how long do you think Steamboat would have held the title? I would have to imagine it would be a long time considering how angry Vince was over Ricky leaving, as Steamboats IC victory was the first huge babyface I-C title victory at a Wrestlemania.
No, it wasn't going to be a long time at all. The Savage feud was already burning out after Wrestlemania and there were plans in place to move it onto someone like Butch Reed (although not necessarily Butch!) even before Steamboat decided that having kids was SOMEHOW more important than Vince's booking plans.
