Should be a great match, right?
But doesn't it just sum up everything bad about the main roster now? On NXT Cole/O'Reilly is a blood feud with months of build up and hope. Owens/Zayn is… Built on Sami's documentary crew annoying Owens backstage?
They have literally years and years of history they could build on, and it's been a while since their last match so wouldn't feel like they were retreading that.
But we get a last minute match thrown on the WrestleMania card with minimal build. And it feels that way too. And that's the big problem. If WWE can't be bothered to put any effort into their midcard why should the fans give a shit?
So yeah it's gonna be a great match, but it could and should be so much more. There's no reason why they couldn't have started building this months ago and… Ah yeah that would have involved them having some sort of long term planning.
Such a good roster is being wasted by not making the most of their talents.
