How would WWE use Kenny Omega?

If Kenny Omega were to jump to WWE, how do you think he would be used? Would he be an upper tier guy AJ Styles or midcard fodder like Nakamura?
I think they would have signed him for a lot of money as planned and then Vince would have sent him to NXT and forgot about his plans two weeks later. He’d be fodder without a doubt.
