WWE shutting down & taking control of wrestlers’ outside activities

I'm wondering what would happen if there was a wrestler who didn't comply with these new rules. If AJ Styles or Adam Cole kept their Twitch stream alive but didn't give up control to WWE, what would happen? Or if Roman Reigns or Charlotte continued to do Cameo's and pocket the $400, what would happen?

They would obviously have heat with management, but what actual consequences could they face? Is WWE going to fire an AJ Styles or Charlotte for not complying? Is Vince going to sue one of his own e̶m̶p̶l̶o̶y̶e̶e̶s̶ independent contractors? Can WWE freeze their pay / not pay them their downside guarantee? I'm sure talent isn't happy about this, so what would happen if they didn't comply?

Last question, but is this really a hill worth dying on for Vince? He's only raising awareness to the fact that their independent contractors aren't actually treated like independent contractors.
