New New Japan CEO

Any thoughts on Harold Meij stepping down and being replaced Yakama Ohbari, current CEO of NJPW America? (https://www.f4wonline.com/new-japan-news/harold-meij-resigns-njpw-presidentceo-321291)

I thought Harold was doing a really good job, so I'm kind of surprised they'd make this move, unless it means they're wanting to go hard on American expansion. But at this point, why would you WANT to?
