I've seen alot of hate lately toward Will and NJPW for continuing to book (and deservedly so) him so my question is, what would be the correct way to go about this and make everyone happy? Job him out for a while? Firing him completely?

I'd fire himi and be done with it. It's one thing if he's showing regret or some recognizance of why people were so upset about it, but just trying to pretend nothing happened and blaming others is a bad road to go down. He's great, but he's not worth THAT much to any promotion.
