NXT’s magic gone?

I used to love NXT Takeovers & enjoyed the Wednesday night show for a while but enjoyed AEW's much more & stopped watching. I gave NXT another chance this Wednesday, and it just was not good beyond the Pat McAfee segment. Won't be bothering with it again for awhile. What the hell happened to NXT?
The USA Network wanting another two hour wrestling show happened.
