Drew as champ

How would assess Drew McIntyre's WWE title run, to me it's much like Kofi's title reign last year, lackluster opponents (how do you get more lackluster than Lashley and Dolph) ok matches but nothing special and he feels like a midcard guy instead of the focal point of the show that everyone is coming after.
Probably fair but it's hard to hold much against him right now.
