Dolph Ziggler; Worst Title Contender?

From a storyline standpoint, is Dolph Ziggler the worst contender to ever get a World Championship match on a PPV? Unless I am mistaken, he's only won one singles match all year,(and it was on Smackdown), and he didn't even have to win a No.1 contenders match or anything. He just walks on Raw after he is traded there, and is simply granted a WWE Championship match by Drew McIntyre.
Two words: Jinder Mahal.
