Dario Cueto

I just found that Lucha Underground has all 4 seasons streaming free on Tubi. I saw seasons 1-2 on Netflix years back so I’m excited to see the next two.
My question is about Dario Cueto. He was a phenomenal authority figure, had great presence as a swarmy heel.
Has WWE or AEW ever looked into bringing him as a manager/on screen figure? Or has he quit wrestling?
He was just an actor doing a gig. He very likely has no interest in being a real part of wrestling.
