Otis as Champion?

Do you think they'll have Otis Dozovic successfully cash in his Money In The Bank contract to win the WWE Championship/Universal Championship, or do you think it will be one of those time's the MITB winner does not become a champion? I myself think it will be the latter, as I can totally see them somehow using his storyline romance with Mandy Rose as the reason he doesn't successfully cash in.
Pretty sure he's not winning the title, but god knows he can't be worse than Braun Strowman has been as champion.
