What are the odds that Mandy talks Otis into giving her the MITB Brief Case and she gives it to Dolph Ziggler who cashes in on Braun?

Apparently Otis has already said he's cashing it in for the tag titles, which is much more boring but at least makes sense and doesn't lead to Dolph getting another World title.
