So with Vince not wanting to cancel, and Tampa most likely cancelling by the end of the week, then what? Would another city actually take WrestleMania on a two week notice?

Most likely scenario is that it just gets delayed until June when everything blows over a bit. At this point it's not even a safe bet that WWE can fly people to the PC for the empty arena shows, so holding Wrestlemania in any form might be an impossible task.
