Fwd: AEW: TNA or RAW circa 1995?

Why do you think people compare AEW so much with TNA, especially when it comes to accepting WWE “rejects?” The company reminds me more of mid 1990s WWF when they took Austin, Foley, Simmons, Rhodes and other WCW rejects, repackaged them to go with their own guys and completely reinvented wrestling.
Isn’t this the more logical comparison?
Maybe, but we really don't know what they are yet because they're only a few months old. So all these analogies and trying to put them in a box are a little silly. They're AEW and let's just leave it at that for a bit.
