Fiend and Austin

Two questions

If Fiend loses at Super Showdown does he become the first WWE wrestler to win and lose one of the company’s main championships outside of the US?

Who would you have put as the person who ran over Austin in 1999? If it weren’t for obvious reasons I had always thought Hogan or Flair would have been a good choice for this since Austin’s popularity certainly wasn’t helping WCW stay in business.

1. Nope, Bret won a WWF title in Saskatoon and lost one in Montreal. Fiend would be the first to win and lose the same title reign though.
2. HHH was fine as the guy. They should have just made him the driver instead of screwing around with Rikishi and the red herrings.
