AEW Playoffs

Hey Scott,

While watching football, I was thinking about AEW's win/loss records and how they're apparently going to reset once a year, do you think it would be a good idea after the reset to see a single elimination tournament based on the previous 'seasons' win/loss record? Hell, put in byes for the 1/2 seed.

Have the winner get a trophy and maybe a title shot at a big show to steal from the G1 format?

What do you think? I know round robins are the rage but I think that American audiences react better to single elimination.
Tournaments are indeed awesome. Really, you never need a significant excuse to do one. And yes, I'd go single elimination.
