Could Tessa Blanchard be a genuine Wrestler of the Year candidate?

Or does the fact she's working for Impact mean she realistically can't be?

I mean, she's had an incredible year both character and match wise, and is by far the best reason to watch that company. If she gets the Title come January then she's earned it IMO
However, Impact is at best a distant third to WWE and AEW in America (If not lower depending on how you feel about ROH, MLW, NWA etc) so does that in effect take her out of the running? (I believe she's got great work in WOW to hang her hat on as well)
How would you feel? Is she a candidate at the very least?

I know you British people start drinking early in the day, but unless she headlined a Tokyo Dome show I don't know about, I'm pretty sure Okada is still the greatest wrestler in the world, or at the very least if you're going to vote for a woman, then Ronda Rousey was a huge draw that headlined Wrestlemania. Tessa is not even a candidate, no.
